Best Early-Game Leveling Method

Raise your level at Auxiliary Stages (The Sigil's Trial).
Raise your level by clearing Auxiliary Stages, which you can replay as many times as you like.
The recommended stage for early-game leveling is "The Sigil's Trial, Moderate 1".
By using the catapults and ballistae in this stage, you will be able to defeat the enemies even if your level is lower than the enemies' level. Doing so will allow you to level up your units quickly during the early game.

How to Level Up Fast
- [Preparation] Purchase the "Rookie Egg" in Oevuille Town and equip it to the unit you want to level up.
- [Preparation] Equip items or equipment that can increase EXP gain.
- [Formation] Put the units you want to level up on one team.
- [Formation] Prepare an ace team that will defeat the stage's boss.
- [Battle] Use Alain's Royal Order skill.
- [Battle] Let the units you want to level up use the catapults to defeat the enemies on the map.
- [Battle] After defeating the enemies, use the ace team to defeat the boss and clear the stage.
After doing the steps above, repeat steps #3 to #7 and consider equipping the equipment that increases EXP gain to the units that are behind on level. Note that the recommended stage takes at least 5 minutes to complete.

Before heading to battle, gather equipment that can increase your unit's EXP gain.
The "Rookie Egg" is an accessory that can double the EXP gain of the wearer. It can be bought in Oevuille Town for 10,000 gold.
Equip it to the unit that you want to level up quickly.

Aside from the "Rookie Egg", there are other items or equipment that can increase EXP gain as well.
Equip the following equipment to level up faster:
- Recruit Gear: Increases EXP gain by 10%–20%. (Can be obtained as a reward for clearing various quests.)
- Chloe's Charm: Increases EXP gain by 30%. (Chloe's default accessory)
[Formation] Put the units you want to level up on one team.
Organize your teams and put the units you want to level up on one team.
Use that team to operate the catapult to defeat enemies. Doing so will allow the units on the team to earn EXP points without engaging in a head-to-head battle.
[Formation] Prepare an ace team that will defeat the stage's boss.
Form a team composed of your strongest units and have them defeat the boss to clear the stage.
[Battle] Use Alain's Royal Order skill.
During the start of the battle, use Alain's Royal Order skill to increase your EXP gain by 10% more.
[Battle] Let the units you want to level up use the catapults to defeat the enemies on the map.
Once the battle starts, place the units that you want to level up on the catapult and prioritize hitting the enemies near the catapults and ballistae.
The catapult's attack deals so much damage that it can eliminate enemies with one hit. Because of this, it is important for you to place the units you want to level up on the catapult for them to avoid a head-to-head battle and to defeat enemies much faster.
After defeating the enemies, you can then use the catapult to destroy the barricades. Since the stages have a time limit, it is wise to use the catapult to destroy barricades in order to save time.
[Battle] After defeating the enemies, use the ace team to defeat the boss and clear the stage.
After defeating the normal enemies on the stage, advance your ace team towards the boss and defeat it.
Note that you can also move other units to the catapult or ballista that has the boss within its range. Doing so will allow them to hit the boss and defeat it faster, but to be safe, let your ace team deal with the stage's boss.
The Sigil's Trial, Moderate 1 can be used to level up until level 16.
The enemies in "The Sigil's Trial, Moderate 1" are at level 13, which gives you the opportunity to earn good amounts of EXP and level up your units to level 16. Maximize this stage during the early game to level up quickly.
Use the first clear reward, "Military Treatise", to level up your units to level 20.
After clearing "The Sigil's Trials" for the first time, you will receive a set of rewards, including a x5 Military Treatise. This item can raise your unit's level to level 20 instantly.
Best Mid-Game to Late-Game Leveling Method
Once you are in the midgame, you can start farming EXP from The Sigil's Trials that match your current level.
