How to Revive Pawns in Dragon's Dogma 2
Touch the downed Pawns to bring them back up.
Immobilized or downed Pawns cannot help you out in battle. Whenever Pawns get defeated in battle, they will enter an immobilized state, rendering all their movements and abilities useless. But if you go to them and touch them, they will return to their normal state and aid you again in battle.
Summon Forfeited Pawns at the Rift.
Leaving Pawns downed for a long period of time will force them to forfeit and leave the party. Forfeited Pawns can be summoned or revived by touching a Rift Stone, so if your Pawn leaves the party, head to the nearest Rift Stone to bring him or her back to your party.
You cannot hire other Pawns if your Main Pawn is forfeited.
Please keep in mind that if your Main Pawn is not in your party or is currently forfeited, you will be unable to hire any Pawns that you come across while traveling.
