How to Hire Pawns in Dragon's Dogma 2
Find a Rift Stone and enter the Rift.
To hire a Pawn in Dragon's Dogma 2, enter the Rift through a Rift Stone. Once inside, you will see the Pawns available to hire for your party. You can view their stats, specializations, skills, and costs.
Rift Crystals are the currency required for hiring Pawns.
You will need to gather the amount of Rift Crystals required to hire a Pawn. Rift Crystals are acquired from monsters, side quests, and sometimes treasure chests.
Hire the Pawn that you want to join your party.
After acquiring Rift Crystals, head to the Rift and hire the Pawn that you want for your party. Select the ones that are different from your Main Pawn, so that you can introduce new skills and abilities to your party.
You can hire a maximum of two Pawns.
You can hire two Pawns from the Rift, which allows you to have three Pawns in your party. By doing this, you will be able to hire Pawns of different types and with different abilities from each other.
